Howard Fox Memorial Law Scholarship Fund
To support a scholarship which will be presented annually at Law Day ceremonies held by the Berks County Bar Association for a deserving graduate of a Berks County High School who will be attending an accredited law school, and who demonstrates financial need.
The Howard Fox Memorial Law Scholarship Fund was established by Helen and Richard Fox and Friends to honor the memory of their son who, as a proud member of the Berks County Bar Association, served as a young attorney in the Public Defender's Office at the time of his accidental death.
